Life can challenge any of us but for those in high-stress professions, these struggles can carry an added weight that affects how you show up – for yourself, your work, and for those who rely on you. Even if you’re used to solving complex problems in your professional sphere, you are just as deserving of healing and support. Choosing to care for your mental wellbeing isn’t just a gift to yourself; it’s an investment in every aspect of your life and every space where your contribution, leadership, and influence matter.
Seeking therapy may feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable, especially when you’re used to solving problems on your own.
With previous careers in the corporate sector and as a civil litigator, I have firsthand experience with the immense pressure, responsibility, and unrelenting expectations that high-achieving professionals carry.
I provide a space where you don’t need to have all the answers. Effective therapy is about more than just coping skills. It’s about creating meaningful change, breaking unhealthy patterns, and helping you feel more at ease in your own life.
Maybe work has begun to consume you, affecting your relationships and your ability to enjoy life. Perhaps perfectionism and imposter syndrome have made it difficult to truly feel confident, no matter how much you accomplish. Or maybe past experiences, whether personal or professional, are catching up with you in ways you can’t ignore anymore.
At times, I will offer direct, solution-oriented strategies. Other times we will slow down and dig deeper to create space to process underlying struggles that have been driving your anxiety, depression, or burnout for years. My approach is holistic, aimed at supporting your overall wellbeing, moving beyond just symptom relief. Therapy is an opportunity to explore deeper questions about identity, values, and what truly matters to you. I integrate relational therapy, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, EMDR, and parts work to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
If you’re the type who feels worried coming to therapy not knowing what to talk about, you’ll find that I help you determine a useful way to use your time in session.
I’m not a blank slate therapist and you won’t find me silently nodding or leaning back very often.
I uphold the values of ethics and excellence by providing compassionate, high-quality care rooted in integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to my clients’ wellbeing.
I take my work as a therapist seriously.
I recognize that therapy requires time, effort, and courage. You can expect me to be honest, direct, and genuinely invested in your growth.
I deeply respect the commitment you’re making.
Some clients opt for a 90-minute or 3-hour EMDR session to accelerate the therapeutic process and then shift to 50-minute sessions to continue working on their goals. Life happens, so I’m happy to be as flexible as my schedule allows if you ever need additional time for deeper processing or new issues.
I don’t expect you to know what kind of therapy sessions you’ll need at the beginning of our work together.
I provide therapy for adults in need of support, with specialized insights for professionals in high-stress careers. Our work together can help you navigate stress, anxiety, and the emotional toll of demanding responsibilities, so you can rediscover balance and a sense of control in your life.
I welcome individuals of all backgrounds and identities and provide
care that is trauma-informed, inclusive, and LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming. Whether you’re navigating high-pressure professional demands, relationship challenges, past trauma, or deeply ingrained self-doubt, you deserve a compassionate space where you feel heard and supported.
If trauma or distressing memories are holding you back, EMDR offers a powerful way to reprocess and move beyond them. This targeted approach helps reduce the intensity of painful experiences, allowing you to engage more fully and confidently in all areas of your life.
